Shingle Roofing

Asphalt shingles are the most common form of roofing material used in the United States, primarily due to availability and affordability. With a wide variety of colors and styles, new asphalt shingle roofs are an economical and attractive way to improve and protect your property.

Dimensional Shingles

(Available with 30-year, 40-year, and limited lifetime manufacturer's warranties.)

The dimensional shingle, also known as architectural or laminate, consists of the same material as the traditional three tab shingle, but has two layers, which are bonded with an asphalt sealant.

Dimensional-architectural shingles are heavier and more durable than the traditional three tab shingles. Because of the heavier construction they provide much better wind resistance and carry longer manufacturer warranties.

The variance of color and definition of the shingle creates an interesting, three-dimensional appearance, similar to wood shakes. These popular shingles can enhance the look of any commercial building.

Designer Shingles

(Available with 30-year to Limited Lifetime manufacturer's warranty.)

Most manufacturers produce a line of designer shingles as a low cost alternative to much more expensive roofing materials. Designer shingles are multi-layer, high-end dimensional shingles that come in a unique variety of styles.

These high-quality shingles offer dramatically-improved appearances and are designed to imitate more expensive roof systems such as slate, cedar shake, and tile.

Designer shingles are heavier-weight shingles, with deeper shadow lines, and richer texture.
